Is there a set travel distance included with your retainer plans?
Not every production requires to travel to your business location — many shoots can be completed in-studio or at other designated spaces. When travel is needed, we include up to 60 minutes of drive time from our studio in Simi Valley, California, at no additional cost. For shoots taking place more than an hour from our studio, a travel surcharge will be included to cover extra travel time and costs.

Do you offer other options then one-month retainer plans?
Our plans start with a one-month commitment to provide flexibility. We understand some businesses may not require or be ready for an ongoing plan. If you’d like a longer commitment, we’re happy to offer extended retainer options.

Our retainer plans are designed to cover standard production needs. If your project scope requires extras like rented equipment, hired talent, or permits, those items are treated as additional expenses outside of the retainer and are added to the plan accordingly.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll review your ongoing content needs and recommend an option tailored to your goals. We offer three core retainer content creation plans — each designed to help you maintain a consistent, high-quality visual presence and accelerate your growth.

How quickly can production be scheduled once the retainer contract is signed?
Once the retainer contract is signed, we generally schedule the production within 7–14 days, based on project scope and calendar availability.

On-Site Shooting – A videographer will arrive at the agreed-upon location to capture footage for the content.

Typically, the 4 short-form videos per month plan can be completed in a single half-day shoot. However, as the number of videos increases with larger retainer plans, the production schedule expands as well, often requiring a full day or multiple days to cover everything.

The duration of a shoot depends on the scope of the project. In most cases, we allocate either a half day or a full day to ensure complete coverage.

Our goal is to keep things organized, efficient, and collaborative. Here’s what the process typically looks like:
Planning prior the shooting day – Join a discovery call to align on the creative direction, finalize the schedule, and go over your role on the shoot day.
Before we arrive – If you’re part of the production, we ask that you and any relevant materials be fully prepared before our arrival time on the shoot day. -
